Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry the specific meanings defined below throughout this Agreement:

• "Platform" — refers to the mega28 website accessible at https://mega28.cam, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features available thereon.
• "Player" / "Member" / "User" — any natural person who has registered a valid account on the Platform and uses it to engage in gaming activities.
• "Account" — the individual player account created upon successful registration, uniquely identified by a username and linked to a single verified identity.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits or free-bet allocations granted by mega28 subject to specific wagering and eligibility conditions, which are distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other outcome offered by the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, comprising identity verification and source-of-funds checks required under the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is restricted or illegal under applicable local law.
• "Turnover Requirement" — the cumulative wagering volume a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Access to and use of the mega28 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mega28 enforces strict age-verification procedures. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately suspended and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited without recourse.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services of this nature is not expressly prohibited by law. This Platform is primarily designed for adult players in Indonesia.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be under legal guardianship or subject to any court order restricting your ability to engage in financial transactions.

• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or previously closed mega28 Account. Creating a second Account — for any reason — is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Mental Competence: You must not be accessing the Platform under the influence of any substance that impairs judgment, nor must you be a registered problem gambler under any self-exclusion program.

To access the full range of mega28 services, Players must complete the registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

3.1 Registration Information. You will be required to provide, at minimum: full legal name (as it appears on your national identification document), date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile phone number, and your bank account or e-wallet details for transaction processing.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. mega28 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify mega28 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). mega28 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID card (KTP), passport, driver's license (SIM), or proof of address. Withdrawal requests above Rp 500.000 will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in date.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. mega28 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account that i s found to be in breach of this Agreement, that provides false registration information, or that is linked to fraudulent activity. In cases of confirmed fraud, all funds within the Account will be forfeited and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on mega28 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mega28 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. mega28 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

4.2 Deposit Rules. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where technically possible, or held pending investigation. mega28 is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect account details provided by the Player.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the mega28 Account. All pending KYC requirements must be resolved before withdrawal is approved. mega28 targets withdrawal processing within 1–24 hours during operational hours (WIB, UTC+7), though exceptional compliance or technical circumstances may extend this period. mega28 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing large withdrawal amounts.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. mega28 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee deduction. Accounts may be reactivated by logging in and passing identity verification.

mega28 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of opt-in, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this clause.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the following default conditions apply to all bonuses issued by mega28:

• Bonus funds must meet a minimum turnover requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard turnover multiplier is 10x the bonus amount, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for a maximum of 30 days from the date of issuance. Any unused bonus balance or unmet wagering requirement will be forfeited upon expiry without notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-cashable (cannot be withdrawn directly), and may not be exchanged for cash unless turnover requirements have been fully met.
• mega28 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in and commenced wagering will be honored under the original promotion terms.
• Attempting to abuse bonus systems — including, without limitation, bonus-hunting through low-risk hedged bets, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New members may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Eligibility, bonus percentage, maximum bonus cap, and turnover requirements are detailed on the relevant promotion page. Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, household, IP address, payment method, and device.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions. mega28 may offer special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Seasonal promotion terms will be published no later than 48 hours before the promotion commences.

6.1 Sportsbook & Football Betting. All sports bets — including those on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup events — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit; a single void or lost selection may affect the entire accumulator depending on the applicable rules displayed at bet placement.

6.2 Live Casino. All live casino games use certified dealers and physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) streamed in real time from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical results and are final once the dealer has confirmed the result on-screen. Disconnection during a live game round does not void a placed bet; the bet will be settled according to the game outcome.

6.3 Slot Games. All slot games on mega28 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes within any individual session.

6.4 Bet Acceptance. mega28 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including in cases of suspected match-fixing, data feed errors, obvious pricing errors, or irregular betting patterns. Any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement will be voided.

6.5 System Errors. In the event of a technical failure, software error, or data feed disruption that results in incorrect odds, game results, or transaction postings, mega28 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. mega28 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mega28 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any false or assumed identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting intended to exploit the Platform's pricing or bonus systems.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using mega28 for the purpose of money laundering or financial crime in any form.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property belonging to mega28 without express written authorization.
• Conducting charge-back fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after receiving the corresponding gaming service.

All content on the mega28 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of mega28 or is used under valid license from third-party rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, frame, scrape, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Third-party game content — including titles developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the property of the respective studios and is governed by their own licensing arrangements with mega28.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the mega28 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms an integral part of it. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

mega28 collects personal data — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement. 10.1 Platform Availability. mega28 strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure outages, or events of force majeure may cause temporary unavailability. mega28 will not be liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned downtime.

10.2 Financial Losses. Participation in online gaming carries an inherent risk of financial loss. mega28 is not liable for any financial loss you sustain as a direct or indirect result of gaming activity on the Platform. You acknowledge that gaming is a form of entertainment undertaken at your own risk and within your sole discretion.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mega28's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — regardless of the cause of action — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mega28, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

mega28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility — mega28 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered on your Account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure. Any bets placed and bonuses accepted prior to the effective date of an amendment will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located. mega28 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate, legal, or available for use in any specific territory outside of those where it is licensed to operate.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Judgment on any arbitral award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
